Before you submit: DRMS public contributions must not contain names or identifiable records of PwDs or other support-needing individuals. Do not upload Aadhaar, phone lists, diagnoses, exact household addresses, disability certificates or personal medical records.

Write naturally. DRMS may later edit, translate and standardise an approved story while preserving its meaning. Suggested final length: about 350–500 words.
